BLESSING Shipping Policy

1. Shipping within Singapore

• SG Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders of S$39.90 and above within Singapore (2-4 business days). (Note: Orders placed on Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday.)

• Accessories Shipping: For orders under S$39.90, a shipping fee of S$2.00 will apply (2-4 business days). (Note: Orders placed on Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday.)

• Self Collection (Woodleigh MRT): Free self-collection is available (1-2 business days). Please contact us to coordinate the pickup time.

• Strict Hygiene Policy (No Returns/Exchanges): To guarantee a sterile, allergy-free experience for our furry community and ensure zero cross-contamination, we strictly enforce a No-Return / No-Exchange policy. Every item shipped is guaranteed 100% brand-new and untouched by any other animal.

2. South Korea & Other Asian Regions

• South Korea Shipping: We are thrilled to announce that shipping to South Korea is now fully live!

• Free Tracked Shipping: Enjoy free direct air shipping on orders of S$75.00 and above (~75,000 KRW).

• Standard Tracked Shipping: For orders under S$75.00 (~75,000 KRW), a standard shipping fee of S$10.00 (~10,000 KRW) will apply.

• Estimated delivery time for South Korea is 8-12 business days with end-to-end tracking.

• Other Asian Regions: For customers in other Asian regions, please stay tuned. We are actively working towards expanding sales to more Asian markets by the second half of 2026. Subscribe to our mailing list to be the first to know!

3. Europe, America & Other Regions

• At the moment, BLESSING is actively preparing to launch sales and after-sales services in Europe, the Americas, and other countries/regions by late 2026 to early 2027, so that more furry friends around the world can enjoy our products. Stay tuned!

• For international orders outside Singapore and South Korea, any local customs duties or import taxes (if applicable upon arrival) shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient.

BLESSING 配送政策

1. 新加坡本土配送

• 标准免邮 (SG Free Shipping)： 新加坡本土内所有满 S$39.90 及以上的订单均可享受免费配送（2-4 个工作日）。（注：星期四的订单将于下周一统一安排发货）

• 配件配送 (Accessories Shipping)： 未满 S$39.90 的订单，将收取 S$2.00 的标准运费（2-4 个工作日）。（注：星期四的订单将于下周一统一安排发货）

• Woodleigh MRT 自提 (Self Collection)： 我们提供免费自提服务（1-2 个工作日）。请提前联系客服以协调具体的取货时间。

• 严格卫生政策（概不退换）： 为绝对确保整个毛孩子社区的无菌安全，杜绝任何皮肤菌群交叉感染的隐患，我们严格执行“一经售出，概不退换”的卫生防线。每一个寄出的产品均确保 100% 完好无损、从未接触过任何其他动物。

2. 韩国及其他亚洲地区

• 韩国市场配送： 我们非常高兴地宣布，直邮韩国的服务现已正式开通！

• 国际免邮 (Free Tracked Shipping)： 订单总额满 S$75.00 及以上（约 75,000 KRW）即可享受免费直邮空运。

• 标准直邮 (Standard Tracked Shipping)： 未满 S$75.00（约 75,000 KRW）的订单，将收取 S$10.00（约 10,000 KRW）的标准直邮运费。

• 寄往韩国的国际订单均包含全程追踪服务，预计送达时间为 8-12 个工作日。
