- Guaranteed 100% Brand-New: Every item leaves our headquarters guaranteed 100% brand-new, pristine, and never worn or tried on by any other pet. We strictly enforce a zero-restocking policy to ensure maximum safety.
2. Sizing Assistance (Before Ordering)

3. Handcrafted Artistry & Quality Assurances
- Artisanal Variance: Every BLESSING piece involves a dedicated process of meticulous handcrafting and manual stitching. As a result, minor, unique artisanal traits (such as visible stitching pinholes, or faint traces of threads and needle marks inside the shoe) are normal characteristics of high-end handcrafted luxury. These minor individual variations do not affect the overall aesthetics, safety, or functionality of the wear, and are not considered manufacturing defects.
- Major Manufacturing Defects: If you receive an item with a severe structural or cosmetic manufacturing defect that directly compromises its aesthetic integrity or usage (e.g., major breakage, severe hardware discoloration), please contact our customer service team within 7 calendar days of delivery with clear photos/videos and your order number. Any defect reports submitted after the 7-day window cannot be accepted.

Once our team verifies the major manufacturing defect, we will resolve it based on your location to ensure a seamless experience:
- 🇸🇬 For Singapore Customers: We will arrange a 1-to-1 exchange or a full refund.
- ✈️ For International Customers (including Thailand & South Korea): To save you the hassle and high cost of international return shipping, you do not need to ship the item back to us. BLESSING will directly issue a full refund or arrangement for a brand-new replacement shipment free of charge.

- 手工工艺差异: 每一件 BLESSING 的作品都包含了精细的手工制作与手工缝纫过程。因此,轻微且独特的手工痕迹(如可见的缝纫针孔、鞋内侧细微的线头或针脚痕迹)均属于高端手工奢侈品的正常特征。这些微小的个体差异完全不影响整体美观、安全性或穿着功能,不被视为制造缺陷。
- 重大制造缺陷: 如果您收到的商品存在严重的结构或外观制造缺陷,且该缺陷直接影响了整体美观度或正常使用(例如:重大破损、五金严重褪色变色),请在签收之日起 7 个自然日内联系我们的客服团队,并提供清晰的照片/视频以及您的订单号。超出 7 天期限提交的缺陷报告将无法受理。
