The best-fitting size is the one where their paw comfortably fits within the outlined shape.
2. Measure Manually & Use the Size Chart： Follow our instructions to measure the width and length of your pet's paw.Compare your measurements with the detailed Size Chart provided on the product page to select the corresponding size.

If you need to exchange an item due to an incorrect size choice:

• Conditions: The packaging must be unopened, unworn, and in its original condition.
  
• Timeframe: Please contact customer service to arrange an exchange within 7 days upon receiving.
  
• Return Shipping Fees: For size exchanges not due to quality issues, shipping costs for both the return and the new item will be borne by the customer. (please refer to standard shipping rate)

Our return policy varies depending on the status of your order. Here are the details:

• Before Shipment: Yes, you can cancel your order. We will process a full refund to your original payment method upon cancellation.
• After Shipment (In Transit): You may request a return. The item must be returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We will inspect the returned item and process your refund once we receive it in acceptable condition.
• After Delivery & Opening: Once the product has been delivered and the original packaging is opened, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds, unless there is a verified quality defect or we sent you the wrong item by mistake. This policy is in place to ensure the highest hygiene and safety standards for all pets.

Yes, we offer free shipping within Singapore under the following conditions:

• Free Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Available for orders of S$59.90 and above.
• Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days): Available for an additional flat fee of S$7.00, regardless of order value.
