Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At BLESSING, we offer specialized purchase options, including Pre-orders, to secure our handcrafted luxury paw-wear. By choosing these options, you agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. Pre-Order Cancellations

  • 24-Hour Grace Period: You may request to cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Strict No-Cancellation After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window closes, your order is automatically submitted to our factory for production, and manufacturing funds are immediately allocated. Therefore, cancellations, modifications, or refunds cannot be accepted under any circumstances after 24 hours.

  • Shipped Orders: Once a pre-ordered item has been dispatched from our headquarters, it is fully protected by our strict Pure Hygiene Shield and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

2. General Orders & Swift Processing

  • Because we strive to process and dispatch all in-stock orders as quickly as possible, cancellations for in-stock items are only possible if the package has not yet been processed or dispatched.

  • Once a tracking number is generated or the item has left our facility, the purchase is final.

1. 预售订单取消规则

  • 24小时冷静期： 在下单后的 24 小时内，您可以联系官方客服申请取消预售订单并获得全额退款。

  • 24小时后坚决不可取消： 下单超过 24 小时后，您的订单将自动提交至工厂安排排产，且定制生产资金已即时投入。 因此，超出 24 小时窗口后，恕不接受任何形式的取消、修改订单或退款申请。

  • 已发货订单： 预售商品一旦从我们总部发出，将立即受到 100%无菌卫生防线 的保护，在任何情况下均无法取消、退货或更换。

2. 现货订单与快速处理声明

  • 为了确保时效，所有现货订单都会进入快速处理流程。因此，现货订单仅在包裹尚未被打包或尚未发出前方可申请取消。

  • 一旦物流单号生成或包裹已离开我们的仓储工作室，该交易即为最终销售（Final Sale），无法再行取消。
