BLESSING Shipping Policy

1. Shipping within Singapore

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders of S$39.90 and above within Singapore.

  • Return Shipping: For returns not due to product quality issues (e.g., incorrect size), return shipping costs should be borne by the buyer. However, if it is a defective item, return shipping fee will be borne by BLESSING.

2. Other Asian Regions

  • Currently, our products are available for pre-order in Singapore only, and the SGD 39.90 free shipping promotion applies exclusively to orders with a Singapore delivery address.

  • For customers in other Asian regions, please stay tuned. We are working towards expanding sales to more Asian regions by the second half of 2026, and will introduce region-specific free shipping promotions.

  • Subscribe to our mailing list to be the first to know about our latest updates!

3. Europe, America & Other Regions

  • At the moment, BLESSING is only available for pre-order in Singapore, and we do not yet support shipping to destinations outside Singapore.

  • However, we are actively preparing to launch sales and after-sales services in Europe, the Americas, and other countries/regions by late 2026 to early 2027, so that more furry friends around the world can enjoy our products. Stay tuned!

1. 新加坡境内配送

  • 免邮条件：订单满 39.90 新币，即可享受新加坡境内免邮服务。

  • 退货邮费：非质量问题（如尺码不合适等）退货：退货运费由买家承担。质量问题退换货：退货运费由 BLESSING 承担。

2. 亚洲其他地区配送（中国大陆、马来西亚、泰国等）

  • 目前，我们的产品仅开放新加坡地区预售，并仅针对配送地址为新加坡的订单提供满 39.90 新币包邮服务。

  • 其他亚洲地区的顾客请再稍作等待。我们争取于2026年下半年开放更多亚洲地区的销售，并推出适合该地区的满额包邮活动。

3. 欧美及其他地区配送

  • 目前，BLESSING 仅开放新加坡地区预售，暂不支持新加坡以外的配送服务。
