BLESSING Return & Exchange Policy
To ensure the health of every customer and their pets, and to guarantee a satisfactory shopping experience, we have established the following policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. Hygiene & Safety
To uphold the highest hygiene standards, all pet shoes, apparel, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged once the original packaging has been opened. We consider the cleanliness and integrity of our products to be the first line of defense for you and your pet's health and safety. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Quality Issues
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact our customer service within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos).
Once verified, you may request an exchange or return for a refund. (For shoes with confirmed quality issues, the return shipping fee will be borne by BLESSING.)
Note: All return or refund requests , regardless of the reason, must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
3. Size Exchanges
We strongly recommend consulting our Pet Sizing Guide before ordering. If you need to exchange an item due to an incorrect size choice:

Conditions: The item must be unopened, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Timeframe: Please contact customer service to arrange an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Fees: For size exchanges not due to quality issues, shipping costs for both the return and the new item will be borne by the customer.

若您收到的商品存在制造缺陷或品质问题,请在签收后7日内联系客服,并提供相关证明(如照片或视频)。经核实后,您可选择换货或退货退款。(如确认为鞋子质量问题,退货运费将由 BLESSING 承担。)请注意: 所有退货或退款申请,无论是否为质量问题,均须在签收后7日内提出。逾期申请恕不受理。
3. 关于尺码问题
我们强烈建议您下单前参考我们的《宠物测量指南》。若因尺码选择有误需要更换:
