At BLESSING, we believe that freedom and comfort are the foundation of a pet's happiness. That's why we'd like to share a few heartfelt suggestions with you:

Wear in Moderation, Respect Their Nature
Like us, pets thrive when they are unrestrained. We do not recommend prolonged or all-day wear of shoes or clothing. Think of them more as "outdoor gear" or "fashion accessories" for specific occasions.

Designed for Protection, Used with Purpose
Our products are intended to provide additional protection, not to be permanent wear. Please dress your pet only when necessary, such as for: Extreme weather (scorching pavements in summer, winter chill, or rain). Rough terrain (rocky trails, gravel paths, or areas with chemical cleaners). Special occasions (stylish outings or photo sessions).

Gradual Introduction for First-Time Wear
Please keep in mind that not every pet will immediately adapt to or enjoy wearing shoes. Before the first use, let your pet try them on at home for short periods (5–10 minutes at a time), offer treats as rewards to build positive associations, and gradually extend wearing time outdoors.

(If your furry friend never gets used to them or cannot walk normally with shoes on, we're here to respect their choice together with you.)

我们的产品是为了给宠物们提供额外的防护，而非鼓励长时间穿戴。请仅在确有需要时为宝贝穿戴，例如：极端天气（夏日滚烫地面、冬日严寒、雨天）复杂环境（崎岖山路、碎石滩、沙地或有化学清洁剂的区域）特殊场合（时尚装扮、社交合影）。其它时间， 请让他们自由的奔跑吧。

初次穿戴，循序渐进
请注意，并不是每只宠物都能适应或喜欢穿鞋子， 在首次使用前，请让宠物在家中短暂适应（每次5-10分钟），并给予零食奖励，帮助它们建立积极联想，再逐步延长户外穿戴时间。

You have two easy options to find the perfect fit:

  1. Use Our Printable Guide (Recommended & Easiest)： Download our Paw Measurement Card PDF (A4 size) from the link on the product page.Print it out on standard A4 paper (ensure 100% scale when printing). Have your pet stand on the guide. The best-fitting size is the one where their paw comfortably fits within the outlined shape.
  2. Measure Manually & Use the Size Chart： Follow our instructions to measure the width and length of your pet's paw.Compare your measurements with the detailed Size Chart provided on the product page to select the corresponding size.

If you need to exchange an item due to an incorrect size choice:

  • Conditions: The item must be unopened, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Timeframe: Please contact customer service to arrange an exchange within 7 days upon receiving.
  • Return Shipping Fees: For size exchanges not due to quality issues, shipping costs for both the return and the new item will be borne by the customer.

Our return policy varies depending on the status of your order. Here are the details:

  • Before Shipment: Yes, you can cancel your order. We will process a full refund to your original payment method upon cancellation.
  • Shipment In Transit: You may request a return after goods received. However, the item must be returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We will inspect the returned item and process your refund once we receive it in acceptable condition.
  • After Delivery & Opening: Once the product has been delivered and the original packaging is opened, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds, unless there is a verified quality defect or we sent you the wrong item by mistake. This policy is in place to ensure the highest hygiene and safety standards for all pets.
